The Semi Automatic Core Cutter Machine is designed for precise, safe, and efficient cutting of cardboard, PVC, and composite cores. Powered by a robust drive system and controlled by PLC + servo motor technology, this machine provides stable rotation, automatic positioning, and high-quality cutting performance.

• Cutting Thickness: Up to 15 mm from one side
• Cutting Width Options: 1.0 m, 1.5 m, or 2.0 m, depending on machine model
• Core Length Options: 1.0 m, 1.5 m, or 2.0 m, depending on machine model

• Main shaft made of metal and fully covered with polyamide rings to extend durability and protect cutting blades
• Polyamide Ring Protection designed to prevent deformation during repeated cutting operations
• Standard Automatic pneumatically activated side support prevents long and heavy cores from bending or sagging

• Three-phase AC motor rotates the core through a belt–pulley mechanism
• Motor rotation drives the shaft, which is equipped with friction ring locking system  that securely hold the core and rotate it uniformly

• Cutting is performed automatically by a pneumatic cutting unit
• A mechanical limiter prevents the blade from penetrating too far and damaging the polyamide sleeve
• Cutting depth relative to the polyamide surface is fully adjustable
• Produces clean, accurate cuts with minimal operator intervention

• Automatic cutting position selection based on core length values entered on the touch screen
