The Core Cutting Machine is designed for precise and safe cutting of cardboard, plastic, or composite cores. The system operates with a three-phase AC motor and features a robust mechanical structure to ensure long service life and consistent cutting performance.
Operating Principle
The machine includes Start and Stop buttons to control the rotation of the three-phase AC motor.
The motor transmits motion to the metal shaft via a system of pulleys and belts.
The rotating shaft is covered with polyamide protective sleeves, which increase durability and extend the lifetime of the round cutting knife.
The shaft head is equipped with locking friction ring for core will be fixed.
The operator mounts and locks the core onto these friction rings for a secure grip.
When the shaft rotates, the core rotates simultaneously, ensuring stable and uniform cutting conditions.
Cutting Mechanism
The machine is equipped with a round cutting knife used for manual cutting operations.
Cutting is performed by manually pressing the knife handle, bringing the blade into contact with the rotating core.
The system supports a cutting thickness of up to 15 mm from one side of the core.
A mechanical safety limiter prevents the blade from damaging the polyamide sleeves during cutting.
The cutting depth of the round knife relative to the polyamide surface is precisely adjustable.
A return spring automatically pulls the blade back after cutting, ensuring operator safety and improved ergonomics.
Cutting Area & Positioning
The cutting position along the shaft is adjusted manually by the operator.
The machine provides an 100 cm cutting width, suitable for standard and long cores up to 200 cm long.
