The ELES LT-150 Mini Label Reel Turner is a compact manually and pneumaticaly reel turning system designed to safely rotate small label rolls by 90 degrees during label converting, inspection and finishing operations.
Designed for modern label manufacturers, digital printing companies and flexographic printing facilities, the LT-150 allows operators to change the reel orientation quickly and safely while minimizing manual handling.
The machine is designed to operate together with a standard electric hoist, enabling safe lifting, controlled 90-degree rotation and ergonomic transfer of label rolls.

Working Principle

• The label roll is lifted using a standard electric hoist.
• The roll is positioned inside the LT-150 Reel Turner.
• The manually and pneumaticaly mechanism rotates the reel 90 degrees.
• The electric hoist lifts the reel from the machine.
• The reel is transferred to the rewinder, slitter, inspection system or printing machine.

This process improves operator safety, reduces handling time and protects valuable label rolls from damage.

Important Information

The LT-150 Mini Label Reel Turner is designed to be used with a standard electric hoist.
The electric hoist is used only for lifting and positioning the reel. The LT-150 performs the pneumatic 90-degree rotation, while the hoist handles the lifting operation.
Note: The electric hoist is NOT included with the LT-150 Mini Label Reel Turner. It must be supplied by the customer or ordered separately if required.
The LT-150 is compatible with most standard electric chain hoists and electric wire rope hoists used in label converting and printing facilities.
